  • Will my flower arrangement look exactly as pictured online?
    •  We do our best to design to the selected images, however with flower and supply shortages most often an adjustment in vase type, color or type of flower will need to be accomodated.
  • How will I know if my order has been received?
    •  Give us your email at check out and we will email you when its been delivered. 
  • Can I get a picture of the floral design I purchased?
    •  Yes
  • Is there any special information needed to deliver an arrangement to a funeral home?
    •  No
  • Do you deliver on Sundays?
    •  No
  • What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?
    •  We will verify the recipient prior to hand-off, we will then reach out to them and obtain proper address for delivery.
  • Is tax included in the price of the arrangement?
    •  Tax is added at the end of the transaction.
  • What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
    •  We will give them a call and attempt a second delivery or give them the option to pick it up in store. 
  • How do I cancel my order?

    •  Give us a call let us know your budget, and I will get you all set - up for an auto renewal for your desired frequency. 
  • I need flowers for my wedding. Can you help with that? Yes, give us a call or email and we will check on your date availability.
